For your security and safety while using PAR services, we protect you with insurance protection. These Insurance Terms and Conditions are binding and regulate the insurance that we provide for you as our customer, by referring to the Indonesian Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy (PSAKBI).
All of our vehicles have been insured to an insurance company (hereinafter referred to as "Insurance Party") appointed by PAR with Comprehensive Insurance in accordance with the provisions stated in the insurance policy.
This insurance applies to all PAR vehicle rental services, both vehicle rental with driver and vehicle rental only, which coverage, reimbursement amount, etc. are regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
This insurance is mandatory and attached with our services. By using PAR's services, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this insurance. Therefore, we advise you to read in detail these Insurance Terms & Conditions before placing an order.
Insurance protection begins when you as a renter start using PAR services and vehicles, and automatically ends following the end of your rental period.
