In 2014, PT Prima Armada Raya was established as a subsidiary of PT Patra Jasa to provide transportation and driver services, initially for PT Pertamina. The company received its first assignment in September with 22 vehicles, and received funding from PT Pertamina Dana Ventura in October. In December, a contract was signed with PT Pertamina for transportation services worth a total of IDR 234 billion. The company also provides services to PT Pertamina's subsidiaries, totaling 41 vehicles. Until the end of the year, the company had provided a total of 491 vehicles to PT Pertamina in various regions of Indonesia.

In 2015, the Company regained the trust of PT Pertamina and its subsidiaries by acquiring a total of 636 vehicles for its fleet. Apart from funding from PT Pertamina Dana Ventura, the Company also received funding from financial institutions such as PT Maybank Finance, PT Artha Astra Finance, and PT Andalan Finance.

In 2016, the total number of vehicles rented was 1,599 vehicles, most of which were obtained for PT Pertamina (Persero) and others for subsidiaries such as PT Pertamina Lubricant, PT Pertamina Gas West Java Area, PT Patra Jasa, and PT Pelita. The company transferred its debt from PT Pertamina Dana Ventura to PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. In addition, the Company obtained financing facilities from Mandiri Tunas Finance and Astra Sedaya Finance, thereby increasing trust in financial institutions.

In 2017, the company had a total of 2,262 rental vehicles. They obtain customer financing from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Mandiri Utama Finance, and Mandiri Tunan Finance. They also received working capital facilities of IDR 13 billion from PT Bank Mandiri and changed the company logo as part of their growth strategy.

In 2018, the total number of rental vehicles used was 2,820 units and the majority (94.4%) were owned by PT Pertamina. The company received financial support from PT BRI Syariah to procure new vehicles and plans to collaborate with seven Pertamina subsidiaries. They operate throughout Indonesia, including remote and challenging locations such as Sambu Island, Natuna and Kasim.

In 2019, the company had a total of 3,040 rental vehicles and received a contract worth IDR 2.5 trillion with PT Pertamina. The share ownership composition was updated in 2020, with PT Patra Jasa owning 39,980 shares and PT Pertamina Training and Consulting owning 20 shares. Apart from that, the company added trading business lines and made changes to its organizational structure.

In January 2020, the Company obtained SNI ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification. The total number of rental vehicles reached 3,255 units. In 2020, the Company earned significant income from vehicle sales, namely IDR 134.282 billion from sales of 822 units. Important positions in the fields of Finance, HR, Marketing Operations and President Director were filled based on decisions taken at the Circular GMS meeting in 2020. The Company also implemented changes to its organizational structure.

In 2021, the total number of vehicles rented by the Company will be 3,355 units. On November 2 2021, the Company entered into a collaboration with PT Pertamina Lubricants for a collaboration period of 3 years which includes providing the Company's corporate rental car lubricant requirements with the Fastron Series in the amount of 11 kiloliters per year. Apart from that, the Company also started construction of Olimart locations in Jakarta, Cilacap, Palembang and Balikpapan. In December 2021, the Company obtained ISO 37001:2016 certification for its Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) to prevent corruption within the company.

In 2022, a total of 3,549 vehicles will be rented. Circular GMS decision in deed no. 115 dated March 8 2022, resulting in the appointment of Mr. Wahyu Witjaksono as the new Main Director to replace Mr. Ari Arjunadi.

In 2023, the total number of rental vehicles will be 3,370 units. There was a change in leadership positions, with Mr. Esa Wisnu Prabowo becoming the new President Director and Mr. Latanza Akbar Ramadhan becoming the new Operations Director. The company also received a Corporate Rating of ida-/stable from Pefindo.
